Wake up to silky, smooth salon blowout hair with no hair breakage or tangles.
UPDATE April 17, 2021: I'm truly astonished by how great this product is. I've spent thousands on hair products to make my hair frizz-free, smooth and shiny. I can't believe that all I had to do was put this cap on.By the way, I left my hair inside the silk cap for 2 days without brushing it. I expected my hair to be a bush of tangles. I was so surprised that it came out silky and smooth. I ran my brush through it and had 2 tangles, where hair stands had escaped the cap. But, instead of my hairbrush being full of hair, there was a single stand. GAME CHANGER.Posted-April 10, 2021:I was looking for something to keep my fine, long hair out of my face, at night, while I slept. I really dislike putting my hair into a ponytail on top of my head, only to wake up and see all the breakage. I've tried other hair nets and caps. However, this is just fabulous. It's silky soft material feels so luxurious. The design of the cap stays in place and is so light, you don't realize you have it on. The cap has extra room to accommodate long hair. Plus, you do not wake up to breakage or tangles. Also, it's kind of cute. Give it a try and see what you think. I'll definitely buy more of them.

Stoked!!
I am stoked to have finally found this sleep cap! I have tried quite a few and this one fits great!I do have a smallish head and my hair is cut in a chin length Bob. If you have a large head, or hair down to your behind, this may not work for you. This one is comfortable, only having the elastic in the back. You can tie the dangly ends together if you have a REALLY small head. I have no idea whether it is real silk or not. I live in Texas and it’s hot and humid, so I appreciate that it’s a single layer. I can also pull it down over my eyes, which I like to do, since it doesn’t have the elastic in the front, which I hate.It survived just fine in my washing machine on delicate.

Works
It keeps my hair from getting tangled up which is what it needs to do. However, it seems like its stretched out some over time. I use the ties to keep it properly on my head at night and it seems like it's very loose now if I dont use the ties.

This is not meant for fine hair
I have lots of fine hair and I don't like how this is always falling off. I'll tie the ends in back tight together and yet it still tends to slip off. Kinda defeats the purpose, right.

Slides all around
I really want to like this cap. It's a pretty cap and all silk. It even came with a little piece of silk that you could do a silk test on which I thought was neat. My problem with it is that it slides all over my head while I sleep and nothing I do helps. I have tried to tie it tighter in the back but its just too slidey. It keeps creeping down over my eyes and I wake up a lot to fix it because it bothers me.

Saved my Hair, No Exaggeration
The combination of sleeping in this silk cap and using a silk pillowcase has saved my hair.My hair is fine, and the quality suffered after I chemically colored it for years. Although I’ve grown out the dye, my hair never felt healthy again like it used to. I would wake up in the morning with snarls in my hair, which would cause a lot of breakage and hair loss brushing it out. The tangles would crimp my hair, making it more likely to tangle during the day. No matter what products I used, it just didn’t have the glossy, tangle free shine that I wanted. The very first time I used this cap and the Alaska Bear silk pillowcase, also available on Amazon, it was night and day. My hair was completely tangle free the next morning, and had a sheen to it. Brushing it out was easy. Plus, since I twisted it up under the cap, I had a body wave that lasted all day, without any product in it. My hair never holds a wave without enough shellac to varnish it. Using the cap, my hair had sheen and body.Pros:Well made, and so far it’s held up to nightly use.The elastic does not break or rub against the edges of my hairline, even though I wear the cap inside out (see below)It stays on all night. A cap won’t do much for your hair scrunched up next to you under the sheets. There are three small tails at the back of the cap, I assume to make it look like you’ve tied a scarf or silk bandana over your head. This cap stays on without my tying the tails together. If your head is more petite than mine, you could make the fit more snug through tying the tails, but try it first without. There is plenty of room for my hair. I have fine hair down to my mid-back, that is mostly straight. There is plenty of extra room for me. For those of you ladies complaining that there’s not enough room for your lustrous, full locks, I wish I had your problems. Your eyelashes are probably too full to blink properly, too. Is my envy showing?Cons:Like virtually every silk sleep cap on the market, the manufacturer sews it with the silk charmeuse to the outside. Sure, this looks lovely, but a silk cap is about nurturing and protecting your hair. The silky side goes against your hair. I turn the cap inside out, so the sheen is against my hair. That protects it from rubbing on rough material or breaking. There is not a lot of clearance at the top of your head. The room is at the back. If you have quite full hair, or height on the top of your head, the cap will press down upon it, flattening the style somewhat. This may be an issue for those using the cap to get two or three days out of a blowout.
