The products last, it's easy to use and much cheaper than other brands and styles.I've used other name brand warmers and this one is by far superior in heat source and overall quality of product. Great for back spasms or other body parts that are acting up and creaky. The shape and size is compact, yet covers a good area without hindering movement.The adhesive is strong and you can even remove it and put on a different garment, as I use them mainly for muscle spasm issues and can sleep with one, then remove the patch that is still quite warm and use it another 6 hrs. during the day. You do need to be aware that it gets pretty warm, so adhere it to the clothing, not the skin, unless you're "tough" like another reviewer stated he uses it, but adhering it to your clothing helps eliminate any skin issues from constant contact, as when you move around, the pad on the clothing will heat up other areas and the surrounding air will help cool you off.I'd like to know if the contents are organic and can be used in the garden, as iron may be beneficial to plants. One less thing in the dump site.

I have had several back surgeries and each one seemed to leave the old body in worse shape than it was before with chronic postoppain. I wear these everyday at the lower spinal region and it helps tremendously in relieving a great portion of the pain without theaid of heavy duty pain relievers. Guess there is just something comforting about the instant heating pad on the low back thatmakes it "all better", sorta like my mom's home cooking??

These are great for all of your body aches and pains. Just stick them to your clothing and they heat for nearly 24 hours! You can use them almost anywhere. If you need to use it on arm, for instance, with short sleeves I just use an ace wrap to hold it on my arm. If a patch is still producing heat and I don't need it any more I seal it in a plastic zip bag until I need it again. 9 times out of 10 it will still produce heat for at least a few hours more. Did I mention how much cheaper these are then the Thermacare Heat wraps? They are so much cheaper I no long feel as if I'm going broke using these. I have been using these for years and I really wish I would have known about them years before.

We ordered this "convenient 20 pack" for $40. What arrived on our doorstep? One body warmer. Not a box of 20 warmers. One single warmer. For $40!!!! Ok. Simple mistake right? We called Amazon and they said to return the warmer and place another order. I asked, "what are the chances of us getting a single warmer again"? They said they guarantee the next order would be right. So we place the order again. We received a box the very next day, with...guess what? Yep. Another single hand warmer for another $40!!! So that's 2 warmers for $80!!!! Quite a business! We have given up with trying to purchase this item.

I ordered a full box of these warmers. What I received was ONE Peel N Stick Body Warmer, I had expected 40 of them. The price for ONE body warmer, turns out to be $42.00. I have sent several e-mails to Amazon and get no reply. The product is good the service leaves much to be desired.Roy from Northwood
