I use the 75% 320 gram Boveda packs to season newly acquired humidors and to help revive older ones that have been sitting dry. They’ve worked really well for me. The 320 g size is a substantial pack (about 3 × 5 inches), which gives them serious capacity, one pack can handle a large space, and they last a long time. I’ve even been able to use the same packs to prep more than one humidor, which makes them a solid value. They bring humidity up gradually and evenly without the mess, leakage, or guesswork that comes with traditional sponges or wiping down the interior. If you want a simple, powerful, low-maintenance way to season or restore a humidor properly, these absolutely get the job done.

For cigars, these are the best performing packs and walk away safe. You close them in the humidor and don't have to think about it for months. Competitive offerings are cheaper but don't perform as well and struggle to maintain consistent humidity. Boveda has the patents ... the other's "solutions" are a compromise and might work better for food or spices, but for cigars right now it is only Boveda.

Je possède par conséquent deux régulateurs d'humidité identiques, lesquels, de manière quasi optimale, maintiennent presque invariablement l'humidité entre 66 et 72 % pour les quelques variations que j'ai pu constater.
