My 11 year old Lab had a bad rear leg he was having a hard time walking around I first tried a chewable treat that was supposed to help with the problem and it didn't do much then I order these and he has been getting one pill a day for about week and a half and he has been running around like his own self again

I'm pretty happy with these Swanson MSM pills. The company is well-established and trustworthy, and I find that MSM does help with my middle-age joint aches. I would recommend starting with 1/2 pill and gradually increasing your intake to the recommended daily dose. When I first started taking MSM I took a large dose for several days right off the bat and it made me feel terrible, so take it gradually and ease it into your system. My only issue with this particular MSM is that the pills are really big. I take a bunch of supplements every day, and these are the largest. If you have any issues swallowing big pills, I'd keep looking. Otherwise, this is a good quality MSM and at a reasonable price.

MSM may help with joint pain and potentially even skin health (and other health conditions). I have taken it for years since I run and work out nearly every day. So far, after doing this since high school (I am in my early 40s), my joints are great. Whether it is MSM or other supplements (including glucosamine sulfate) or just good luck, I can't help but wonder if MSM doesn't play a role. The one drawback of these tablets is they are gigantic, but that is because they are squeezing in 1.5 grams of MSM per pill. Any pill with this much of a supplement will be huge. If you don't like huge pills, avoid these (I have no issue with them). Also, Swanson is a great brand, and consistently tests their products. They always pass independent tests as well. They are one of my main "go to" brands. I highly recommend them and this product.

It took a little while (weeks?) but I started to see improvement in my knuckles and wrist. Also, I had no adverse stomach reactions. 5 stars!
