Really good, surprisingly powerful
I have reviewed a number of other JCB products and needed a jigsaw so thought I’d stay with the same battery platform. This was cheap so I didn’t expect much but it turns out it’s great!My only niggle is the placement for the unlock button, it’s in a similar place to the one on their circular saw, but at this price it’s worth getting used to. I rarely used my wired jigsaw, but this one is so good I use it almost weekly

This review does not apply to the supplier of this bare unit as I purchased this one separately from a retail outlet.However I am unable to run it due to JCB not fulfilling an order I placed againstr a legitimate listing that included a full kit with its case, batteries and charger.I ordered a jigsaw complete with its case, batteries and charger direct from JCB but only received a bare unit from them. Despite several attempts to discuss this with JCB I had to revert to sending the bare unit back for a credit or resupply of the correctly listed item that I paid for and provide a suitably accurate review of my experience of purchasing items from JCB.This purchase was an alternative suppliers listing of a bare Jigsaw unit.I am not alone in the review against JCB for the full kit listing as I have seen several others with the same complaint.

Looks like a toy
Cheap plastic that looks like its a toy jigsaw, not used it yet but having got a drill and a multitool from JCB quality is different, wonder if it is a genuine JCB tool

Missing parallel bar
This hasn't been used yet but looks OK. I sent the first one back as there wasn't a parallel bar inside but neither had the second one I orderd. Bit disappointed as it shows one on the picture when I ordered and also on the box. Looking at some questions on here shows others were missing too. Slight false advertising!

JCB jigsaw
Brought this for my husband for Xmas and he is over the moon. I assumed the battery pack from his jcb drill would fit but it didn’t so had to purchase a battery too. Great item

I need a new one
The motor burt out and was a faulty product. I am trying to replace it but am unable to find a way to do so? I think it is a good product however I believe i got a reconditioned item rather than brand new as there is no way it should burn out within a few uses ? Please assist me in replacing the item. Many thanks.
