Are these good for sandwiching the quilt and stitching the binding?

I use these to piece my quilt and sew on my binding by machine. I use safety pins to baste ( sandwich) my quilt.

Received order. no cardboard schmertz label, just a printed schmertz on the plastic case w/ the needle type. are these authentic??

When I purchased mine, they came 5 to a package and each one had a labeled card. I have no idea if yours is authentic. Good luck!
