Why does the lid always pop up by itself?

The cover was installed in the wrong way. Correct way: grasp the lid by hand and rotate and press it into the tank. Please do not press the lid directly into the can, otherwise the lid will spring back.

Why was the storage jar broken when I received it?

Tips- If the lid is not working properly or pop out frequently, please try to replace one. (Each canister came with two seal rings) If it still doesn't work, you can puncture two closed air holes on the rubber ring. Then rotate the lid while pressing down to ensure a tight seal.
