This GNC product outperformed any similar product of a larger dose. However, we are all different. Something that works for me may not work for someone else. This product worked for me. Despite the US$26.00 cost, I would purchase it again – – because it works for me.

This valerian herbal extract helps to relax and induce sleep. It works if taken as prescribed! Didn’t rate for flavor as the herb is taken by capsule.

it works well, but it's expensive

This is a fine product from gnc store when one can get it . GNC is expanding its variety of valerian root for sleep. Any less than stellar review will not posted despite majority of 5 star reviews even if not verified purchased. This is popular product & fir 2 yrs can be hard to find in my area, so I buy in bulk at gnc.

This is the best valerian product I’ve tried. Valeranic extract is surprisingly effective on anxiety at a smaller dose — generally, one capsule is sufficient.

This supplement may work as claimed but when I opened the bottle, the smell was atrocious! The smell was that of a rotting carcass of a dead animal. The whole room was inundated with the stink! Too bad this item could not be returned. Just be forewarned if you purchase this item!
