Can this be used with enema equipment?

Absolutely it can. In fact the larger the enema bag the more important it might become. It shows visually whether or not there enema solution is actually flowing or not. If it isn't then you will know immediately that you need to change positions to get the flow going again or not. With an enema bag larger than abut 1.5 quarts you cannot depend on visual checks to see if the enema is going in or not.

What is the max p.s.i recommended for this indicator?

This device is used to indicate fluid flow (water) with flexible medical type tubing connecting to a pond or fountain pump. P. S. I. is not the measure to consider, but rather flow rate such as gallons per hour, GPH or liters per hour, L/H. I use one with a fountain pump rated at approximately 100 GPH. If you're introducing pressurized gas or substances, this is not the doohicky for you.
