Great build quality - Poor functional design
The quality of the fabrication is great, but it has serious design issues, for example, there is no way the headrest stay in a fixed position if you lay down all the head weight the headrest gonna move the clip isn't enough to keep the headrest locked, so there is no point on that clip. But beyond that point everything else is fine.

Great product with a couple minor issues.
The headrest is easy to install. The color matches my mineral colored Aeron Remastered Size B perfectly, and while the mesh feels like a different material than the chair, it is comfortable and matches visually perfectly. The only issue I have with the product is the looseness of tension on the adjustment forward and back that it comes from the factory with. It is necessary to tighten both adjustments down immediately to keep the headrest from flopping around with the slightest amount of pressure. The adjustments themselves work well, but they are covered by factory preinstalled protective caps that are a pain to remove. The instructions say you should remove these caps with your fingernails, but if I had talons long enough to attempt this the process would probably remove my nail before the caps came off. I had to remove all 4 caps with cellphone repair spudgers. Once I finally removed the caps and made the adjustment I was baffled why they were installed in the first place, as the exposed hardware better matched the rest of the chair which is covered in exposed screws and bolts.TLDR; Great product. They should ditch the screw covers and maybe get slightly nicer looking hardware instead.

Not the same mesh
Close to the original mesh but not enough for me.

Great investment
I work remotely now and figured that I should make my workspace more comfy.I'm 6'4" and my headrest only came to the base of my neck.I've never spent this kind of money on a headrest (it's more expensive than the chair).I used white, moldable plastic to fit it to the back of my ergonomic chair and the color is similar enough to make it all look like it matches.Even though I mainly bought this because it's the only nice white/ grey option on Amazon rn, I'm so glad I did.So comfortable and well made.I'm sure I'll have this thing for a long time to customize future Chairs!

Good match
It looks exactly like it came with the chair (why doesn't Herman Miller source a headrest?) and works well enough - but it's a bit clunky to set up with only the headrest forward/back adjustment having a good firm set location. The hidden adjustment screws for the headrest vertical position and tilt are poorly implemented and don't function as well as they should: with both as tight as I can get them there's still too much slack play on the headrest position. They should be redesigned/replaced with the paddle lever -style of adjustment as used on the forward/back setup - and as on the actual chair itself.Worth it? Yeah, with the reservations above - and after dropping £1k on a chair it's a relatively cheap add-on! ;)
