Does it help to reduce crows feet and under eye swelling ?

I don't think it will reduce eye puffiness, but seems to soften crows feet. I find it to be a very good all over face cream.

This is a jar of face cream, with no "spritz" involved. I assume that would need to be a separate purchase, cuz it is not with this item. It is Nice face cream, by the way!
