We have been using this to hold an iPad in a recording booth. It's seen occasional use, since it was installed in 2021, and we have never had a problem with it in the two years since. We like the articulating arm and easy adjustment to whatever viewing angle we need. It works for our iPad, Kindle, or even our mobile phones. Since it's made of plastic it's not going to take abuse or overtightening, but with care it is a quality product that is long-lasting.

Received and installed this unit the day I received it. Mounting was eas, except the 4 screws that came with it were inferior and 2 broke. The mount itself appears well built and solid. In short I would order this again.

Easy to install and use. Happy with how adjustable it is. Can easily move it any direction or angle. We use it for our exercise bike and we can easily move it to the best position and height for different people. Fits the new Amazon FireHD10 + case easily and securely. It was a little tricky finding a mount that was able to fit larger tablets. I saw other reviews saying it isn't very sturdy, and I see that the arm itself could be broken if you over tightened it a lot. But there is definitely no need to tighten it so much. In either case its clearly replaceable with very study RAM mount pieces if you really wanted to replace the arm with something longer, shorter, stronger etc. Overall, we are very happy.

Will only open to about 8.5 inches, NOT the 11- 13 inches advertised. This means my tablet can only properly mount horizontally, not vertically. To mount the tablet vertically it must be clamped on the sides which is insufficient to keep it from loosening over time and falling out. How can their documentation, including the “manual” supplied with the device, be off by as much as 4.5 inches? This is either purposefully deceptive or incompetent.

Sturdy secure mount. Well made. Works for the purposes that it was purchased for. Using a 7-in tablet. Well designed sturdy. Works good with a 7-in tablet.

Not a huge fan of it does not hold very tight to my tablet. First bump knocked it out of the mount. The plastic is not very rigid and does flex a bit.

Good sturdy mount that keeps movement of the iPad to a minimum. Don’t have to readjust it all the time.

Bought for use in our SXS. Want it to hold a tablet meant to provide GPS service. Seems a little light duty. Not yet installed, will update later.

this is very sturdy. I use it to hold a heavy 13 inch tablet . I like the adjustment system of dual ball type clamps

Holds my tablet safe and sturdy even when bouncing on the rocks in my sxs. Just don't like the fact I can't remove it from the ball that mounted to the machine surface.
