I really like this Frankincense Firming Serum from Willowdale. This, along with a few other skincare products from their line, is my first experience with the Willowdale brand. I, above all else, look for clean ingredients when purchasing makeup and skincare. I added this Frankincense Firming Serum to my morning and evening skincare routines after cleansing and toning. I am happy with how this product performs. The pump packaging makes it easy to get just the right amount of product and makes my skin feel plum and nourished after using it.I'm really happy with this Frankincense Firming Serum from Willowdale and highly recommend it!

I just recently discovered Willowdale Botanicals on Amazon. I am using their Helichrysum Night Cream which is absolutely wonderful. This Frankincesne Firming Serum is perfect to use under the Night Cream.Willowdale is a small certified organic farm in Ohio. They source most of their ingredients from the plants they grow on their farm. They even distill their own plant extracts. Their products are very fresh and they remind me of the skin care products I used to make myself, but don’t have time to make anymore. There are no funky chemicals or preservatives in any of their products.This smells amazing! The scent is from real essential oil - fresh frankincense. I love that it also has cucumber, licorice, elderberry, white tea,and wasabi extracts. I usually don’t like products with witch hazel - but I think the witch hazel is a homemade hydrosol, so it is very gentle and feels nice on my skin. The base of the product is witch hazel hydrosol, chamomile hydrosol, jojoba oil, and squalane (from olives).The price is very appropriate for the quality of the product and I think quite reasonable. I like this product because it is all natural and certified organic. I see that Amazon is running a half off sale on this item (I think because it is so new on Amazon). I would recommend grabbing this to try it at that sale price if it is still available. Even if it’s not, it’s still very well price at the regular price too.

This is a nice organic facial serum that is packaged in a glass pump bottle. I use it once a day in the morning, applying it before I apply my natural tinted moisturizer.Early on, after reading the directions, I realized it indicated that their firming serum should be applied under their night cream. I did that once. I found that applying the firming serum seemed to reduce the hydrating properties of the cream. In the morning, I felt the need to add more cream to my face & a few hours later, my skin felt tight again. As a result I have not used the serum under the cream again. However, as stated, I find it works well under my natural tinted moisturizer by a brand with two names (so annoying) Progress In Health aka Eruzile. They have a all natural/organic skincare line that is incredibly affordable & my skin doesn't react to it which is a huge plus as I have ridiculously sensitive skin which I believe has something to do with my having autoimmune disease. The brand has it's own website & is also on etsy. The only negative about them is that they don't package their products in glass.Regarding my hyper sensitive skin, I've had no issues using Willowdale Botanicals serum or their cream. I use both on my face & around my eyes with no issues. Frankly, I love that this is a local brand that sources many of their ingredients from their own farm. As a full time eco farmer who makes many of their own skin care products, I think this is awesome.
