High Quality 18/10 Stainless Steel, Affordable Price, Versatile Style
Kuchenprofi Classic Square Professional Ladle in 18/10 Stainless Steel, 13-1/4-InchThe title I've listed, the Product Features, and Product Description really says quite a bit. I've used this several times now for ladling soups, steel cut oats, beans, quinoa, farro, and it works wonderfully every time; fits into small bowls, and storage containers via the square/diamond-orientated design that makes pouring from left, right, or front convenient, practical, and simple.I put the Kuchenprofi Classic Square Professional Ladle in the same class as the All-Clad Stainless Mixing Bowl Set, and Rosle Conical Colander, all of which are highly polished, beautiful 18/10 stainless steel to last a lifetime, and probably longer! I hang mine in the kitchen along with the Rosle Conical Colander, both of which come in handy quite often, and they look really nice, as well. 18/10 Stainless Steel is high quality, durable, food grade, non-leaching, corrosion resistant, and a safe metal alloy especially, when preparing, and handling cooked or heated food.Treat yourself or a loved one to higher quality, sustainable, reusable, beautiful product, and you won`t regret it, other than why didn't you do it sooner! Hope that this helps.

Overall, a good ladle
I love the concept and design of the square base. It is efficient in scooping out the bottom of deep pots and not leaving waste. The spouts on all ends make it easy to pour - which was a frustration with my previous ladle. I love that it is stainless steel. I am an avid canner and my plastic ladle was becoming discolored. The handle being two rods is not ideal. I would prefer a solid handle, as it can be hard to grip and maneuver. Is there a better alternative?

broke in half
Cheese scraper applied to an ordinary slab of Gouda broke in half after only three or four uses.

great [rpdict
I love it....works in so many different ways. I used it to take gravy out of a pot...no spills. Too bad it is not seen in any kitchen stores....yet. I bet by next year...maybe it will be seen.

Impressive looking, but
This thing looks extremely impressive hanging from my kitchen tool rack, but it is only slightly better than a good round one for getting food out of the pot.

Best Ladle in My Crock
I have several ladles of different sizes, shapes, and materials. If I could find one like this with a shorter handle I'd buy it and throw away all the others. This one is just a little long in the handle, but it's still by far the best I have. It's not going to come apart, as have plastic ones, and the corners of the square shape make it so much easier to pour out liquids. I would recommend it especially to anyone who makes stock.

Quality
Genuine quality 18/10 highly polished stainless-steel ladle does the job well without spills. Easy to handle and clean.Stylish, shiny piece of art.It does not bear any info as to where it was made in however the small card attached to it was in German.I still think it is made in China. German companies do not usually need to hide the country of origin if the product is made in Germany.

Wonderfully useful kitchen too, but eventually broke
I bought this generally sturdy, well-designed and extremely useful ladle in 2013 and have used it only very occasionally in my personal kitchen, primarily for making fall apple and tomato sauces and sometimes soups. Prior today I would have given it five stars but am downgrading one because, disappointingly, one of the two welds attaching the handle to the scoop has broken. I will see if I can find someone to spot weld or braze it but otherwise I'll have to replace it. For something otherwise so well made and designed, I would have expected it to last a very long time under such light, non-commercial use.
