poor quality - arrived bent and torn

Damaged and little to no instructions
This quilling kit called itself a beginners kit so I was expecting a little more in the way of instructions. Instead what it says is if you know the basic shapes you’ll be able to do the picture. I was hoping for step by step instructions for a beginner. It also came very crumpled, bent and even torn in one place and several of the quilling strips are all crumpled and unusable. Not a great product unfortunately.
