Environment and Society: A Critical Introduction, 2nd Edition

Book Arrived on time and in new condition

I ordered from this store specifically because the book was advertised as not having any markings or annotations on the inside, but there are a good amount of highlights and markings inside of it. Other than that the quality of the book is pretty high and the outside looks good.

The is new but price is high.

I am reading this as I audit a course in Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin. Overall I like the book whose first half is devoted to philosophy of the environment and the second half is case studies using the fist part as an analytical foundation. I believe it is worth reading.

I bought this book for a class and am so glad I did. Even if it weren't required for class I would have finished this book. Very educational and easy to read while gaining a high level of knowledge.

I absolutely loved this textbook. It's really easy to read and kept me interested. I started reading it and finished it before my class even started. It covers so many different areas too. Loved that it talked about overfishing and Tuna, although it could have gone more into depth with it. I would highly recommend it!

Good investment

Finally, an easy to read textbook! Funny and interesting all in one! I like this book a lot and I hope I have an excuse to keep reading it in the future.

I found the parcel all wet and the book's cover as well as some of the pages.

I loved the textbook! The book is easy to read and I can tell it an interesting book by just looking at the cover. Overall it meets my expectation for my environmental sciences class at the University of Toronto. The only problem is that it does not have audio version of this book, the reason why I recommend audiobook is because some people have different learning skills and some people might like to have someone read to them while reading the book. I prefer to have audio and visual textbook. It will help me understand the authors perspectives and challenging their arguments in the textbook.
