Have had a severe case of tennis elbow for 3 months (and counting!) I work with a chiropractor and acupuncture, do exercises and massage. This is by far the best brace I have found. It is well constructed, not flimsy and provides great support. I immediately feel pain relief as soon as I wear it. I was reluctant to spend so much on a brace but I’m glad I did! Highly recommend.

I have dominant side lateral epicondylitis, which makes for a difficult recovery. I’ve tried every style and many brands of braces and this is my favorite hybrid brace of soft, compression, and tendon pad pressure. I have two of this style for the elbow of two consecutive sizes depending on how much compression/pressure I’m looking for and I also purchased the optional strap that adds more tendon pressure above the pad (only available from mnfr website). I don’t find that really any pressure-pad or additional strap—helps my particular injury, but it may likely help others. Note: If you have two different sizes like me, and want the strap, go for the strap that fits your larger size, but don’t go too large. There is limited area for Velcro. Lastly, I also and I also have the wrist brace of the same brand (soft, compression, semi-rigid) to help keep the muscles attached to the elbow tendon from moving and causing more pain, which was recommended by my PT. For my acute injury (not repetitive injury), I find this helps me more. While these braces are quite comfortable, are less ugly than many, and are of good quality, do be careful when putting the brace on or off. Putting the brace on is definitely more difficult and you must careful not to pull too hard and rip the fabric. If you fold the top down over the pad and pull or push (on/off), it seemed a little easier. Also, don’t have arms moist with bio freeze or sweat, as it just adds to the friction. Overall, I recommend this brace and this brand. It is more expensive than most others (anywhere), I do find them worth the price.

After quite a bit of online research, I found this was a highly rated “tennis” elbow sleeve for pickleball fanatics. So, after trying other types, I got this one. It’s really more expensive than the others. But worth it. Along with strengthening exercises, I will be wearing this while I recover and begin playing again.

I did the measurement and came out to be a size 0. When this arrived I was very disappointed in the low level of compression due to it being too big.

I purchase the item to help me with an “tennis elbow” injury. It provides good compression without being too tight or restraining movement. I use it during weight training and although it doesn’t eliminate the pain completely it gives good support.

昨年末にテニス肘になり医者に行っても治らず困っておりました。テニススクールでプレー中はそれほど痛みはないのですが（テーピングやサポーターを着用していたおかげでしょうか）、風呂に入るとき風呂桶が痛くて持ち上げられない状態でした。たまたまこの商品を発見して値段が高かったものの評価が良いので購入しましたが、非常に良いです。テニスプレー後、風呂に入って風呂桶を持っても以前より痛みがなく驚いています。普段もこのサポーターを着用していますが、なぜかわかりませんが痛みを感じず、とても快適です。他の方の評価に1サイズ小さ目がよいとあったので、腕周り約25ｃｍですが、サイズ0を購入しました。着用時（特に今のような暑くてあせをかく時期は）、腕に入れ込むのが少しきついですが、強めのフィット感が欲しい方には問題ないと思います。サポーターを取った後、跡は残りますが変な締め付け感はなく私にはこのサイズが正解でした。通気性もよく、以前使用していたサポーターは着用後、あせもができましたが、このサポーターはそのような症状がでていません。洗濯してもすぐ乾くのでよいです。気に入ったのでもう一つ購入しました。テニス肘に悩まれている方にはとてもお勧めの商品です。
