The best choice I ever made
Writing this review after using for 4 months.Pros:1. Touchscreen with s pen2. Lightweight and sleek design3. Smooth keys with good travel and fingerprint sensor on key to unlock4. Can be used as a tablet5. Amazing performance. I play GTA, used XD tool along with some programming. I am a programmer so believe me the performance's good.6. Free upgrade to win 11 and Mcafee antivirus free for a year.7. Sturdy hinges, good display resolution and good battery backup. 3hrs backup with gaming and heavy programming.Cons:1. No apps for s-pen like in apple devices. So its pretty useless unless you wanna show off.2. Mouse trackpad clicks are poor. Have hit it hard for a click. Mouse precision could have been better.3. Fan makes noise and because of its placement throws heat on the screen.4. No color options available.5. Finger print sensor is slow. Sometimes asks to enter code after multiple attempts

It's been 2 months I purchased this laptop and the display is faulty now. Dell customer service is good so that I can avail the warranty.

Don't buy there is hinge problem dell service is poor
Don't buy dell laptops as hinge problem exists in this 360 foldable laptops non durable laptops.within 6 months of purchase of dell Inspiron 14 misalignment and failure of hinges and poor service from dell customer service centre,waste of money

I recently bought the Dell Inspiron 5410 2 in 1 touch screen laptop… i5 11th GenThe laptop looks futuristic, light weight, metal bodyDisplay is averagePerformance is amazing, blazing fastTouch sensitivity is very goodBattery backup is average, on an average on my continuous usage it holds up to 3 to 4 hours on a full chargeThe screen hinges are great and flexibleThe laptop runs cold, on continuous usage it doesn’t get hot. On charge usage as well it doesn’t get hot…I liked this the most…Camera is good and decent for video conferencingKeyboard is good and got nice tactile feedbackThe fingerprint authentication is awesome and works like a charmThe display is glossy finish doesn’t have anti glare I found on Amazon Saco anti glare screen guard. It fits well on this laptop… this is not a product promotion I just felt the product is great and just guiding users if anyone is looking for…ISSUESFirstly….some how the laptop on battery power automatically dims/adjusts the display brightness when switching between windows… this is very annoying it lasts for a few seconds though…. I searched all over internet and found no fix for this issueSecondly….The touchpad is not that great, it is not very precision… I searched all over internet to calibrate the touchpad sensitivity but couldn’t find any….I request the users of this laptop to comment/help on the above two issues If anyone found resolutions

Worst laptop
Its the worst laptop i’ve ever used. I bought this 3 months ago and from the very first day its not working properly. I will give 0 rating to touch. It stop and starts working anytime. Plus i am facing major issue from last 20-25 days. I’ve reached dell 8-10 times but no one is responding properly. Because of this laptop i lost my job today. Even they are not sure what is wrong with the laptop. I will never ever recommend this laptop to anyone. Go or something else never go for dell.
