Been using this consistently for months now. I take two in the morning and two at night and it's been working great, especially for being on keto. It doesn't affect my stomach badly, keeps me calm during the day and helps support relaxation at night. The blend of magnesium types seems to be synchronous with each other and my body likes it compared to other types

This product has improved my sleep tremendously. I no longer wake up at 3:00 routinely. The few times that I do, I’m able to go back to sleep. I wake up refreshed now. Highly recommend!

So far I cannot complain but I think the dosage may be too low for me. It doesn’t really say how much of each type of magnesium is within each capsule and I really need the tirade to regulate my blood pressure. So I will likely not buy again unless my doctor says to continue using with additional magnesium taurate.

Previously, I mentioned I was disappointed that the pills did not help me sleep through the night, but I was aware the magnesium has helped many others. The company contacted me and provided a complete refund. You do not receive such excellent customer service in this day and age. I did not expect or warrant a refund.I highly recommend this company. I hope the Magnesium pills help future customers.

This triple calm magnesium is undoubtedly the best i have ever used and i will not buy any other kind from now on. I take magnesium for anxiety and insomnia and i feel the positive relaxing effects just minutes after ingesting one of these. The high absorption description of the product is definitely true for me and anyone unsure about spending slightly more money on a magnesium supplement, give this a go it might actually save you money in the long run by not having to take as many as often.

I took it for awhile and didn’t feel any difference. Of course it could be that magnesium is not the problem, but I expected it to help at least a bit with my sleep and restless legs, and it didn’t really seem to help with either.
