I purchased a neck pillow from this company several years ago and it was awesome!! It started leaking the filling so it was time to order a new one and I thought this would be similar- wrong!! The filling is wimpy- it all moves to the ends handing in your collar bone and leaves very little for the actual back of the neck. The fabric is also not as nice and comfortable as the original which was canvas like on one side and fleece on the other. Very disappointed in this purchase!! Waste of money.

SO far so good. I tried it out immediately when it arrived and it felt so good after two minutes in the microwave. I do like the way it smells too with the herbs. My neck felt better right away!

I'm a small woman, but this is a very small pillow to start with. Compound it with the fact that this small pillow is only partially filled with lavender so it just doesn't provide any neck support -- nor does it provide much surface area for heat. Unfortunately, I tried to return it because it just isn't big enough or full enough to do the job but it isn't eligible for return. They should say that in the ad.

I got this to replace an older herbal neck pillow which I loved. It finally got worn out and the herbs started leaking out so it was time to replace it. I bought it years ago at a kiosk at the mall and there is no way I'm walking around a shopping mall at Christmas time looking for a particular product at a kiosk which might not exist anymore.Anyway, I do like the new one very much - i love the scent which in itself is very soothing. It seems to stay warm for a decent amount of time. Of course I have to compare it with the one I had before which was well loved and worn. The new one is very full which isn't a bad thing but it's not as moldable as my previous one. It's slightly smaller in all directions - i particularly liked the wider width of my old one better. The only thing I really miss is that my previous one was satin on one side and flannel on the other which was really soft. It was a bit more squishy which I particularly liked when I laid down with it around my neck to go to sleep. For that reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 but I do like it alot.

The pillow is beautifully made, very high quality. The only criticism would be that the lavender fragrance is very powerful. If you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to keep that in mind. I noticed in other reviews many people enjoy the strong aroma, so to each their own.

I absolutely love the smell from this, it has a distinct camomile fragrance with a faint hint of lavender. I used it mostly for heat treatment and had yet to try the cold treatment. I also applied this on my friend's back as she gets really bad backache and it really helps her. The heat doesn't last though, at most 20 mins for me but enough for a soothing relief. I am asian, 5ft 5, 120 lbs and atheletic built and I don't find this pillow to be too small, it is just the right size. The satin finish (eventhough it looks a little loud) is actually rather nice for heat treatment. I recommend this product eventhough it erred slightly towards the expensive tangent.

one for me and one for him!! I love it! It's just like the one a friend's had. I was at her house when I got a really bad headache trying to reach migrain level. She put me to bed with a eye pillow that smelled just like this neck pillow. The beauty of this is it not only help sooth a bad headache its warmth help my neck and shoulders!Would I buy another? I already did! For my husband!Would I recommend this pilllow to someone else? You bet!

I like the way it smells. I've not tried heating or cooling it. I'm tall, and I needed something to make up a few inches above my chair so I could rest me head comfortably and this works well. After using it for awhile, I've noticed that when I used it my neck itches. I suspect I've a mild allergy to some of the herbs used in it.
