Comfort and Stylish
This cowboy hat fit my big head perfectly. There is nothing like wear something tight on a large head. So comfort is a plus. I wore this hat for my birthday at a Rodeo show. I did not know if the hat was going to get here in time. I ordered on Tuesday and it made it by Friday. I wore it Saturday in over 90 degree weather. So I really appreciated the style. It helped with the sun in my face, but wasn't hot on my head. I bought this hat in white, black, and pink because I didn't know which one to wear with my outfit. I ultimately pick the white one since I wore a white shirt and rose color cowboy boots.

Disappointed
Came flat as a pancake. Flimsy hat. Worse than a sun hat. Tossed it in the garbage as it cost more to return than I paid for it

Subsiding stiffness
A little stiffer than I would like. But the more you wear it, the more it loosens up. I have a hard time finding hats that fit. I guess I have a big head. The only thing I would have liked added would be a tightening band inside of the hat. Because of the stiffness it tends to pop off otherwise it's a Great hat!!
