Beautiful, really - these things look pretty good in the pictures but it's not till you actually have the thing do you appreciate how high the quality both the wood and metal parts are. The shelving has a lovely aged effect, looking well worn without actually being, contrasted with a high quality matt finish to the metal sides. The whole thing fits together like a dream - just remember to actually follow the clear, well illustrated instructions (especially when assembling the metal uprights, very important you have the right bits at the back) and you'll not go wrong.All fixings are of high quality, it's a beautifully designed piece of furniture - I'm very happy with it, it'll last probably longer than I will given the way I'm going...Full disclosure - my order came with a missing shelf, this wasn't the sellers fault but it might have put a kink in things had the seller not been absolutely first rate: as soon as told the problem they sent a replacement at no extra cost.You can't ask for a better product or service, its a really nice piece of furniture. 11/10

Great item, really easy to put together , looks great and well made

I needed a shelf for the corner of a room and the ladder shelf seemed a better solution. It's a flat pack item but the instructions are good and the parts are all labelled so it wasn't too bad to put together in the end (just be methodical and don't rush). Once assembled (and the supports are the right way round - my bad!!) it looks the part. It's a nice modern design in an industrial chic kind of way. It's pretty sturdy and the shelves are a good size take a decent bit of weight. It looks good and is practical. Not my first piece of Vasagle furniture and all have been good value for money and fulfilled the purpose I had in mind for them.

I’ve got a few items in this range now and I really love the look. I’ve used these shelves for a couple of rooms and they look just as nice in my office as they do in the hall. They are good and sturdy and well balanced on the carpet, the weight helps this more. They are not flimsy at all. They were super easy to put together. These are great value for money and very versatile. I have one for books and one as a display unit.Some of the screws are a little obtrusive, but does not impact any use not is it really visible.
