Q: Can the candle holder be removed from the candleibera

I believe so but I purchased this as a gift so can not check for sure.

Q: Do you have anything like this to hold tea lights? I am planing a wedding and cannot have an open flame at our venue.

Not in this crystal holder style. You can use LED taper candles with this holder which will solve open flame problem. Or search Allgala Candle Holders to see other popular style candelabras by us for tea light candles. I believe you will need to go with LED tea light as well.
