While I wouldn’t say it was a miracle worker it does help eliminate some of my puffiness and redness under my eyes, which as someone who has genetically puffy dark under eyes I will take. It only takes on drop per eye so it will probably last a while. Seem to work better on my eye bags than any patches I have tried. It isn’t greasy and can be a little drying so apply a good moisturizer after.

I'm nearly 58, and my eyes have been so puffy. I tried everything, except surgical or botox etc. I saw this and after 4 uses, I can't believe how well my under eye looks. Legit, I am shocked. My bags usually need to be checked haha! This is so lightweight and moisturizing. Easy enough to use morning and evening as recommended. I do think consistency is key. Under eye area looks brighter and significantly less puffy. I absolutely recommend this, especially for mature skin.

I have genetic dark circles that get worse when I don’t get enough sleep. I’ve used tons of undereye creams and serums, mostly with middling results. I saw a lot of recommendations online for this one, and due to the low price, I decided to give it a shot. It seems to work okay on the dark circles — it’s not a miracle product, but I noticed a slight difference using it as directed in the morning and at night. However, there was one major issue: within a couple days of starting to use this product, my right eye started twitching at random throughout the day. At first, I didn’t connect the dots. I was in the middle of a busy workweek. I had to wake up much earlier than usual for work or appointments most days. I figured the twitching was a result of stress and all these other factors — until I decided to do some digging online. I found multiple Reddit threads of other people complaining about eye twitching while using this product. It has to do with the concentration of caffeine in it. (I only drink one cup of coffee a day and rarely have caffeinated sodas, so those weren’t an additional factor.) I discontinued use of this product immediately. The results weren’t good enough to put up with a twitching eye. I’m glad this serum was only $9 and I’m not out a ton of money. I know this product is beloved by a lot of people, but my advice is to proceed with caution.

I RARELY write a review but this product by The Ordinary actually works! 77 YO female here, with puffy under eye bags. People either have fluid retention or 'fat' bags. I have tried ALOT of different products, etc. This Ordinary serum contains caffeine and since there is an improvement I 'assume' I have fluid retention because caffeine won't do anything for 'fat' bags. Caffeine penetrates the skin and forces that stagnant fluid to drain out, flatting the balloon (thank you Ai). It doesn't permanently reduce the bags, of course, think more like you have a wet sponge and squeeze some of the water out. After the caffeine in The Ordinary product wears off the loose skin will fill up again with fluid (but you knew that!). Price is very affordable for most I hope. The Ordinary Caffeine Solution keeps it promise! Cheers!
