Leaks, poor instructions and zips broke on first use
Poor instructions. Poles not marked. Leaked with a little rain. Zip of the porch broke the first time we tried to zip it open. A lot of money waisted for a lot of hassle.

I agree with the other poster, the instructions are only pictures, however, each pole fits into certain slots, it was easy to work out. You will need to buy longer, stronger tent pegs, 50 for a tenner on Amazon, and secure all ropes and tags with at least 2 pegs each. Just take your time putting it up, you'll need 2 person at a minimum. It's a great size and could easily fit 8 people with room for storage.If you have any questions or problems just get in touch with customer service. They are friendly and helpful.DO NOT BUY THIS TENT

Not waterproof. Difficult to assemble.
Instructions for assembly are terrible. This tent isn't waterproof like the description says. Tent exterior is too small for the frame. Zip for the awning broke.

Very poor instructions.
This tent came with very very poor instructions. One piece of paper with a couple of pictures. Very embarrassing trying to work out which poles to use. Couldn’t even U tube how to assemble. Very light weight and spacious. Needs much clearer instructions
