Missing pieces
Completed 3000 piece puzzle had four pieces missing from left side. Very disappointing after spending so much time putting it together.

Nice color and finish
The color and matte finish are great. I received the puzzle with about 20 damaged pieces. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would take care of it and send a replacement. That's been like 6-8weeks ago, I've given them all necessary info and I never received the new one
