Does the shampoo also make the dog/cat smell good?

I like the smell. It is not overpowering though.

Does this product wash of topical flea treatment?

Not to my knowledge - the product is used by my groomer and we haven't seen any indication of fleas.

Does the itch shampoo and the mange shampoo have the exact same ingredients in them?

hi Bob, The Extra Strenght shampoo has a few more ingredients that are focused on mange

Do you make a similar shampoo without the oatmeal for dogs with grain sensitivities?

Hi, yes we have a great Hypoallergenic version - I t can be found at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E0LBC8O thanks!
