These work as well as HP originals I've bought in the past. To think, they were a fraction of the cost.

We'll have to return our prin theads. They fit fine but once the printer maintenance automatically started, it would not accept these print heads and detected them to be fake or counterfeit. It depleated our ink and now we have to spend a ton of money on not only new print heads and new ink but probably a whole new printer. I wouldn't recommend buying refurbished print heads. The customer service was good and they arrived in good condition but the printer would not accept them.

We ordered a full set of ink and both print heads. When the first Yellow/Black failed right away, we bought a new Yellow/Black. It too didn't last more than a few days. No way to tell if the print heads or the ink is the problem. We broke down and bought OEM print heads and ink. Now everything looks good again.

The analytical program indicated that the problem with my printer was worn-out print heads. The print heads I bought from Amazon did not correct the problem...in fact made it worse.

Bought these for my HP Office Jet 8500 A910 over two years ago and printer is still working fine. This is my oldest printer and seemed to be the most reliable so didn't want to get rid of it. Thought the price from this vendor was reasonable, so made the purchase. Excellent choice!

After installing and setting up an alignment, the process repeatedly failed. Removed and re-installed them and the same errors occurred and the printer will not work.

Tried these printheads but we’re apparently partially clogged. Despite using all ink running head cleaning and alignment, could not get them to print clearly. Inkmate was responsive to issues, but could not resolve. Returned for refund.

For the price I wasn’t expecting much. But man the print quality is awesome.
