The regular price was too high but prime day was a great deal. This product makes the Deebot truly low maintenance. We found it so convenient, we picked up a second one used for our second floor, and this is where the great customer service came in.The used item arrived missing several key components, Amazon put me in touch with Ecovacs. Ecovacs was not responsible for repackaging the used item, and could easily have sent me back to Amazon to get a refund, instead they shipped me the missing components free of charge to get be up and running. Top notch service in my books.

Good suction, nice to not have to remember to empty the bin each time. A little pricey but so far it’s been worth it to me with living by the beach and the sand that’s brought in each day.

This attachable add-on is much more powerful in scrubbing than the normal one. It's noisier of course but you're not supposed to use it everyday.

I have used both the Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 920 and most recently the Ecovacs Deebot OZMO T8 and found that the Ozmo Pro Mopping System is a great improvement over both.Whereas the base OZMO mop has a water tank and cloth pad to essentially "spread" water across the floors, the Pro Mopping system is an upgraded water tank/assembly that has an electrical connection to the OZMO T8 itself and adds the enhancement of vibration to really help clean the floors (480 times per minute). The only disappointment is that it requires disposable mopping pads vs the machine washable one (but this may change in the future, who knows?)What this translates to in reality is a super-charged cleaning mop that performs much better than the original. I loved the original mop and used it at least once per week as I found that the addition of water/pad while cleaning helped to contain the dust and dirt while cleaning. But the original mop didn't evenly distribute water and it seemed to be a bit smeared and I didn't think it did a GREAT job at mopping.The Pro Mopping system is much more evenly distributed as the water is dispersed and I think the vibration action helps to avoid water marks afterwards. I think it is well worth the upgrade (assuming you already have the T8, T8+ or T8 AIVI mop).The ONLY thing I will point out is that I did find that the noise while using this attachment was much more significant than I was anticipating (we used to mop with the 920 regularly and it makes no more sound than the vacuum alone). The vibration back and forth is almost too loud, but we ran it at night and it wasn't so much that we couldn't sleep upstairs. It also did tend to get stuck on our floor vents but I solved that issue by adding no mop zone in that area.Despite what others had said (maybe they got a bad unit, or different floorplan or something?) I would definitely recommend this.
