First pump was broken. Sent back. Second pump was fine but box was damaged.
Shipping time was great. Personel was prompt in rectifying my replacement pump. Pump was difficult to install. Should have three hands but that's just the nature of the beast. Value and longevity I can't comment on yet, that will come with time although it seems to function well.

Exact replacement
This is exactly the part it was advertised to be. Swapped out my old busted one, slapped this one on and we were pressure washing again in no time!

Needs to be spaced down.
If you think just because they say it will fit.. don’t believe them. I bought the one that is supposed to fit a 2700 psi Troy Bilt. BUT no. You must add about 1/4” spacers between the pump bolt flanges and the bottom of the mounting holes. The original pump has deeper flanges and the new one does not reach the mounting hole so it must be spaced down about 1/4”. They admitt this in the instructions, but not in the sales pitch. Misleading. Not happy.
