I’ve been using Nudge for about six weeks while waiting for a dentist appointment to fill a small cavity on my molar. If you’re here because social media told you this would "heal" a physical cavity, I have to be honest: it hasn't done that for me. However, for everything else? It’s been fantastic. The Pros Noticeable Enamel Repair: I suffer from thin enamel, and my teeth often look slightly transparent or "clearish" at the edges. Since using this, my enamel looks much more opaque and solid. Effective Whitening: My teeth look significantly whiter. It doesn't feel like a harsh bleach whitening, but more like the surface is smoother and reflecting light better. Great Taste & Breath: The flavor is excellent and it leaves my breath feeling genuinely fresh. Enamel-Friendly: It’s 10% Nano-Hydroxyapatite, which is the "gold standard" concentration for strengthening teeth without the harshness of some traditional pastes. The Cons The Cap Design: This is my biggest daily annoyance. It has a screw-on cap instead of a flip-top. It’s a small thing, but unscrewing and rescrewing it twice a day is a bit of a pain. I really wish they’d update the packaging. Cavity Myth-Busting: To be clear, it will help with "pre-cavities" (white spots/demineralization), but it won't fix a hole. My small molar cavity is still there. Final Verdict: If you want whiter teeth, better enamel density, and great breath, this is a 5-star product. I’m knocking off one star specifically for the inconvenient cap and the slightly overhyped claims about fixing existing cavities. Also if you have sensitive teeth and used a brand specifically for sensitive teeth that has flouride, this is a great alternative. My teeth are not sensitive at all.

I've been a long time Boka Nano Hydroxy paste user and I've used Nudge before for a time. I switched to Mouthology and haven't gone back and I'll go into why. First off, Boka is a 2% paste and Nudge and Mouthology are 10%. While there seem to be studies on the 10% working better than 2%, I've not noticed too much of a difference. Both 2% and 10% lower sensitivity. I got chunks missing from teeth that should be painful but aside from some sensitivity at times after I eat certain things, I don't have much. The nano stuff does work. Now what it doesn't do is completely rebuild teeth so don't expect anything extreme like that. That sort of stuff is just marketing. What Nudge does best at is foaming up. Compared to the others, just put a dot of nudge on your brush and your mouth will be full of foam. So you can use less of it because of that. Does that mean you are still getting the same effect? That is the question since the foam is diluting it in your saliva. Whitening I believe is affected by this because it's the one reason that made me switch to Mouthology. With Nudge, I noticed my teeth not looking as white anymore. As a tea drinker, I never experienced this with Boka or others before. Nudge says it does but after switching to Mouthology, I found my teeth cleaner. Using more Nudge means more foam and you do reach a point where it's simply too much in your mouth. Of the three, Mouthology has the weakest foam effect but cleans as good as Boka. The other downside of Nudge is that it is China based. The recipe isn't but all production is done there. Quality control, no idea. Boka is US and Mouthology is also. Granted from global sourced ingredients but they are US based. Taste of Nudge is pretty good. I've tried the base mint and the watermelon. To be honest, I got tired of the watermelon after awhile. In the end, getting the chance to try it again was good. Same Nudge I remember. What I will say is check the prices. Boka is often higher. They believe they got a premium product because they were one of the first on the market with a nano paste here in the west. Nudge will usually beat them as it leverages it's China production. However, Mouthology, they often slot in between them. As with all, sales happen too. I used to order Boka through their site but now only through Amazon and the price is better here than through their site even with a 20% deal there. Shows how much Boka charges as a premium. If you want a 10% paste for a decent price, I'd recommend trying both Nudge and Mouthology. See which one you like best. I can't totally recommend Nudge because of the whitening issues but, I'd use it. I just need to offset with something else to help whiten. Sometimes I use two pastes as once so, it's not like I don't have options for that.

I love everything about the paste, but I was disappointed in the amount of air in the tube. To me, it seems like only 40% of the tube is actual paste and the rest is air. The packaging looks premium, but I'd rather have less packaging and more paste. I'm giving 4 stars because the paste is outstanding. Great taste, texture, and ingredients.
