RF modulator for TV
It works great if you have an old TV

Very well-made
We haven’t hooked it up yet, but the kit in itself is wonderfully put together.

Decent signal, overall good and easy to use!
I bought this modulator after buying a Radio Shack one. That one stopped turning on minutes after I used it. During the time I did use it, the video signal was very poor. That was my first time using an RF modulator, and it made my expectations very low for this one. It just arrived. I plugged my Dreamcast into the modulator, and connected it to my RF-only CRT TV. To my surprise, the video signal was actually decent. As you can see from my picture and video, there is a slight amount of interference, but it's not very noticeable when you're playing a game. Overall, this was a satisfactory purchase. By the way, when I used an actual coax male to male cable, I saw very poor video quality. I went ahead and used a male-to-male RCA cable with an RF male connector on both ends, and I actually got the decent signal you can see in my pic/vid. Search for a "F Type Male to RCA Female Plug" for the RF connector.

The converter works well as advertised
This converter did exactly what it was advertised to do. My "new and improved" television cable boxes only had HDMI and RCA composite outputs so, disappointingly, I was not able to connect the signal to my "old" television which only has a coaxial cable input. This modulator allowed me to convert the RCA composite output to the coaxial cable connection that I needed. Channel 3 didn't work but channel 4 did. All's well that ends well except that the cable company didn't tell me that I would have to figure this out myself and spend extra money for a converter.

Just buy a VCR
I bought this months and months ago, and I'm honestly still pissed at how much money I spent on it. Especially now. For context, I got a CRT tv for my birthday, since I love older games and they're the best to display them on. The tv I received was RF only, which can be a little annoying. I bought this without thinking twice, since it looked, and to be fair, was easy to use. Lo and behold, the worst fuzziness I've ever seen on any tv. It genuinely looked terrible. I attached a screenshot from when I used it and took a video of me turning it on. It's very obvious.. The other one, with crystal clear imagery, was through using a VCR as an RF modulator.

Let's you hook up your RCA devices to a TV/Monitor with only a coax hook up
So I recently got a CRT Monitor and it only had 1 coax input, like for an old antenna or cable hook up. I wanted to hook up my VCR or SNES to it so I need this converter. It works great! You will also need one more cable to actually make this kind of setup work, a coax cable to connect to your TV/monitor and then to this adapter. The other option for that step is to get a couple (2) coax to RCA adapters. This is what I did and they were like $6 for the pair purchased on Amazon. I like just being able to plug the video input from the RCA easily and not mess with a more rigid screw on coax cable, but choose what works for you. I have a feeling I'll be buying more of these as I continue my journey into the past with more CRT/VCR old school game system setups in my house.

perfect for the price range
This thing kicks ass, I didn't think it would be remotely decent for how cheap it is, but I was pleasantly surprised. Came in handy when the only working crt I still have isn't modern enough to have its own rca ports. I honestly can't tell that much of a difference in quality compared to if it was just running straight through without any adapters. 10/10, reliving childhood perfectly. Never thought I'd be able to enjoy my old consoles and tapes again without it looking like some genre of garbage. if it looks bad or wrong, its nothing that cant be fixed by adjusting the color/picture balance on your tv. It took about a half hour of tweaking for me, but the tv i had was at weird settings to begin with anyway. Some other reviews said there was interference issues but I've had no such thing yet since buying and I've been using the thing every day now with no issue. There might be more expensive, "better" hardware out there for this but I don't think it would be that noticeably better or different. (phone/lighting quality sucks I promise it looks FAR better in person)

Good item, Only one bad flaw.
Works and is about as good as you'd expect it to be for the price. Only problem I have is sometimes the picture begins to blur and it complete turns to static till you switch the channel between 3 and 4 a couple of times. However, given the price paid for it it doesn't surprise me that much. Still a good product. Does what it says it'll do and a good enough peice that if you're in a pinch or don't have enough money at the moment, this'll work just fine.

This costs more but is worth every penny!
I bought this after having a frustrating experience with two cheaper units. Save yourself the aggravation and buy this unit. It worked flawlessly for me right out of the box. Has been working great for over 3 months so far.

Simple plug and play!
Very easy to set up. This replaced my defective one from another brand. The resolution is much more better also. A little expensive but does the job and hoping it will last.

If You Need One - Don't Hesitate
I bought this for my 5th Wheel Trailer as I have a satellite system connected to a PVR. As the trailer is still using Coax throughout, I needed something to go from my PVR into the coax system. I hooked up this little gizmo and poof, TV in the bedroom. Picture is not 4K but what do you expect going from RCA hookups to Coax. If you have the same setup and need this type of connection, go for the gusto!!
