Water gets heated quickly (set to around ~75c) in 15 minutes. Stays hot for long too. It is also energy efficient. Thermostat helps to auto cut off the heating once the water reaches the desired temperature. We 3 people can bath once the water heated to set level in these days. I've purchased 15ltr water heater.The installaton is not free it costs 350Rs. The installation is very quick and it techniciam came on the next day. The box contains Multifunction Valve and Wall Mounting Kit. You have to purchase the Inlet & Outlet Connection Pipes separately. If you purchase it from technicial he will ask to pay 500 RS fo both the 24inch pipes, but in store you will those pipes in 350rs.

Quick delivery was done by the vguard official store in amazon and service from the vguard support team was superb. Installation was done within 24 hours and product works well.NB: Installation was done free of charge Kudos !!! They just charged me for the in and out hose only. After one week of usage writing this review. Water will be full heated in 10 mins. Heat will be there for 4-5 hours. Product is really worth and in good conditionNeed to call vguard customer care for installation. In 24 hours installation will be finished. Installation is not free. I have searched for most of the Geyser and finally stopped at V-Guard and fixed. Installation guy came and installed with minimum charge. He is supportive and friendly spoken. Explianed clearly about the product. Hot water remains hot for atleast 5 hrs. This is my open review. Not forced or not influenced. Really good product.

Customer care se baat ki vo charges ka Bol rahe hai.Sirf ek din green light jal rahi thi. Jo ki pani Full hot hone par off ho jati thi. But ab green light work nahi kar Rahi it means sensor are not working.
