It has done a great job of taking all of my hot flashes away, relieved my insomnia, and improved all of the related menopausal symptoms. I highly recommend it!! I also treat cancer patients so that was very important for me to find a medicine that would not act as an estrogen. Most things that make a difference are phytoestrogens which may influence breast cancers. You have to give this a chance by taking it for a couple of weeks before you see how well it works, so don't give up too early if you don't notice a difference. I feel normal now. My symptoms were driving me crazy and I am so happy for the relief!

I'd like to start off by saying every person's body and chemistry is different. While this product helps others reduce hot flashes or completely diminished them, it didn't for me. I suffer from severe hot flashes several times a day and night sweats. I believe this product did help a little with the night sweats but I still struggle with embarrassing bouts of hot flashes that leave me looking like someone had thrown a bucket of water on me. 10 years again I had a complete hysterectomy-ovaries and all and it has been a nightmare ever since. Been on all kinds of hormone replacements - some did the trick and some didn't, but bottom-line I wanted to use something natural to combat this issue.I gave this product 3-stars because the shipment was quick and it did help a little with the night sweats. I would recommend this product to those who are not dealing with severe conditions like mine, however, I do believe that this product will help others with minor symptoms.

I was skeptical when I ordered this, but I wanted to try something natural to combat my hot flashes. I didn't notice a difference until the 4th day. And boy what a difference it was! I'm sleeping better at night because instead of having 5 or 6 hot flashes I only have 1 or 2! My hot flashes are less frequent, less intense and don't last very long. I'm feeling so much better than I was. I'm going to keep taking this!!

I’ve been taking this product for three months now and much to my disappointment, I haven’t seen much of a difference with my hot flashes.

I'm not sure if this was the cause , the night sweats and hot flashes ceased while I was using this. Mood leveled out. It seemed to be the help! I'm out now and my hot flashes have somewhat returned. Not as bad though. I'll purchase again. Trying a different brand out first.

Honestly, none of this stuff helps.
