only received driver side bracket and I think it both side driver and Passenger

Only received one after it said it came with both driver and passenger bracket.

Disappointed
Waited 1 week for this product just to have it not work bolt doesn’t loosen or tighten , the metal circle ring moves with the bolt now I have to cut the bolt out , I don’t write reviews but I’m disappointed for sure
