Underwater Dogs: Kids Edition

This is a really cute book for children. I bought this to give as a baby gift. I think toddlers will love looking at the pictures and the verse that runs throughout the book is very entertaining. I think this would be a great book for parents to start reading to their baby, toddlers and then the child will love to read it themselves when they learn to read. The pictures are wonderful!

This is about the tenth copy of this book that I have purchased. It is my go-to gift for kids with dogs. It is an easy rhyming read with obviously adorable photos!! It is a family favorite!!

We had a copy of the first book, Underwater Dogs and everyone, adults and children lived it. We got a couple copies of Kids Edition for our niece and nephews. They all thought it was VERY cool and funny. I also like that it describes all the breeds on the back which adds a little educational component to something so fun.

My kid is 1.5 years old and she loves this book. She loves dogs and it's hard to find a book with just pictures of them. She definitely recognizes that these are dogs, even though some of them are hard to see well. Lots of great pictures. This probably wouldn't be a good book for kids that are still ripping pages though, at least without supervision, the pages are pretty averagely thick

Of course it's mainly a picture book that all ages, including adults, can enjoy. However, there are cute captions on each page that encourage early readers to read them for a smile. Our 9 year old grandson loves it!

I discovered this book when substitute teaching. The photos and accompanying story were such a hit with the class I decided to purchase a few copies for our grandchildren. It is an imaginative and entertaining book as a read aloud or for beginning readers. Even adults will get a kick out of the photos!

I love the "Underwater Dogs" so much so that I have shared these books with adults and children alike. Also, if you are caring for someone who has dementia, these books are great for them. There is little reading and smiles are found on every page. They will pick up this book time and time again and the results will always be the same: smiles and laughter.

My son really liked Seth's original book. Now he likes this one even more because of the fun story and information that goes along with it. Now, he keeps telling me what type of dog he wants when we finally get one; a swimming dog.

I don’t know how this book could have been damaged this badly in transit for the box isn’t damaged at all. The only explanation that it was packed already damaged…
