Loved it....watched it over and over....great acting ....fantastic filming and wardrobe. ...one of the best....only problem was it was small for my screen and too large to see words on the only other pix size offered....

thoroughly enjoyed the drama. Although there were times when the subtitles were displayed too quickly. No regrets with the purchase, it's a keeper!

This is my third purchase from Asian Drama Store and they’re legit. The dvd box set is new and an original. Moon Embracing the Sun episodes are clear with English subtitles. FYI, this drama plays in full screen not wide screen/whole screen on the tv. I like the dramas to fill the whole screen but it’s not a deal breaker.

It is a fictitious story. The acting was good and the subscripts were in good English. Overall I liked it.

Another top quality DVD... compared to other counties I rank Korean movies #1 plus....quality is top notch, story and actors with the combination of the behind the scenes people (producers/staff etc) what can I say .... you walk the walk and you definitely talk the talk, continue and don't deviate.

this was a gift for my wife and she is in love with it - she first got to see it on Netflix but it got changed up but now she ownes the dvd and is constantly watching it

This series would have been great if it had not been for the adult female lead who was so syrupy gooey and bland and boring, who had zero personality. She was not at all like herself as a child who was so cute and had substance. There was absolutely NO CHEMISTRY between her and the king.
