Great tasting
I honestly can’t say how much these are helping me. But I have done my research and this is a good product to use for heart health. They are easy to take. I find Gummies to be much more easier to take and swallowing pills and I have been told that gummy‘s will digest faster

Didn't work
I took this to help lower my blood pressure. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything. Plus it had a weird taste even through the capsules. I don't take it anymore.

The capsules are filled with a vibrant, reddish powder, as one might expect from beets.
