Will these be stale by christmas? 2015 if ordered dec 5th? what is the expiration date on the package?

No they will be very fresh and delicious. The average nut has a shelf life for over 6 months if stored properly.

Does it contain sugar?

the glazed pecans are sugar coated, cashews are roasted and salted, walnuts are raw, almonds are smoky flavor - may contain a small amount of sugar in the spice mix, pistachios are dry roasted salted & so is the mixed nuts.
