Shoe Bubble Orthotic Insole – Memory Gel Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, Pronation, Heel Pain, Arch Supports

<wife> These worked great as a temporary replacement for my orthotics that were getting old. Was able to walk comfortably all day at a space shuttle museum. Would suggest buying two so you don't have to wash and restick in another shoe.

I’m bumping my review from a 3 to a 4 because I do like the fact that I can get some support without a full size insert that takes up extra room, pushing my shoe size up a full size in some cases. I love the cushion and flexibility. The extra padded support does make a difference. They don’t stick so I can’t wear them in sandals, but they do stay in place in closed shoes. I only need it for the left foot, so I feel it’s a waste for the money.

I used these for extra support in my Brooks Adrenaline running shoes on a trip to Disney. I usually wear the Brooks will full-length orthotics, but they make my shoes squeak, so I tried these out. With full-length orthotics, I take out the sock liner, but these go on top. It ended up making the arch support too thick. My feet felt like the arches were going to blister after one day. I think it was because those shoes are supportive already. I tried them in ballet flats and had zero problems. Consider the thinner black ones if your shoe just needs a little more support. These are best shoes with little to no support under the arch.

Lost one in the pool and couldn’t find it so reordered a new pair because they help my plantar fasciitis so much. A few weeks later found the original. Chlorine and sun had slightly yellowed it, but it still worked fine and STILL had the sticky side to attach to shoe. Rinsed iff some dirt, and it was STILL STICKY. Wonderful! I can still use the old pair inside shoes where the yellowing won’t show. Thumb up!

Do not help that much

I have bought so many inserts but this is the one! I have a pulled tendon & arch has fallen some. These have helped relieve the pain & given support! They fit any shoe where others made my shoe to tight to wear! Thank God I found these!

!UPDATE!***I was contacted by the company. They reviewed the issues I had with the product, took the time to listen to what I had to say and we discovered that I actually needed thinner insoles. They sent me these, and also another product they have called ramps. My feet are so thankful!! I have such high arches that I thought the thicker the insole, the better. But, that is not always the case. I would definitely recommend this product AND this company. They really seem to care about their customers. ***I wanted so badly to love these!!! I have high arches, and thought these would be a good purchase for me. I’m a nurse that works 10- 12 hour shifts. I wore these for 2 weeks to try to get through the “break in” period. My arches actually hurt worse when I wear these. Sorry to say I would not recommend if you have any arch issues.

I have alot of trouble with my feet. Lupus flares cause foot pain! I love to walk every day and the last time this happened, I was sidelined. Strangly enough, the first pair I got arrived in the mail and I couldn't say who or how I recieved them?! I asked a few people and they hadn't sent them. It was a mystery for sure but I read the information on the package, opened them up and applied them to my walking shoes. Miracle of miracles....my feet started feeling much better! I put the cane away and stashed the walker that I was using occasionally when the pain was really bad. I ordered two more pair to put in other favorite shoes I wear. I've even taken them out and scrubbed them with soap and water and put them right back in. They stick just like they were supposed to. As I sit here typing this, I have taken a long walk with my happier dog and I'm wearing shoes that have these Soul insoles attached. Just like my pup, I am happy too!

Me encanto el producto, yo casi no podía caminar ya por el dolor, probe muchas plantillas y no funcionaban realmente. Cuando probé estas, pues a los 3 dias puedo decir que el 80% del dolor se había ido. Me dolían tanto los pies que desde el primer día las use todo el día y aun así mis pies dolían menos que sin las plantillas. Hasta este momento no se ha ido el dolor por completo, pero espero con el tiempo pase, las uso todo el tiempo y me encuentro muy feliz por que he vuelto a caminar! , yo las he recomendado mucho y no dejaré de hacerlo.

Son prácticas, cómodas y no ocupan espacio. en general son las mejores que he probado hasta el día de hoy.

Si la colocas bien parece que aporta algo de soporte al pie, pero se mueven con facilidad. Quizá si consigues fijarlas bien, y para casos leves de fascitis puede que sirvan.Al final para mí fascitis lo único que ha funcionado han sido las planitillas que me hizo el podólogo, mucho más caras eso sí y aunque se nota el efecto desde un principio he tardado mucho tiempo en estar bien.

Me costó unos 2 o 3 días acostumbrarme a las plantillas, y más teniendo en cuenta que tengo pies planos, pero después de la adaptación reconozco que casi no me duele el espolón y cada vez me encuentro mejor y más cómodo con las plantillas...quizás todavía es pronto para darle 5 estrellas...cuando desaparezca el dolor del todo se las daré...

Estoy muy contento ya que anteriormente había comprado unas plantillas completas de gel, pero no me resolvieron el aparente problema que tengo de fascitis plantar. Y éstas me van muy bien, ya que tengo el pie un poco plano y noto la mejoría un montón cuando las utilizo, ahora es a diario, antes sólo cuando salia a hacer caminatas.
