Is there a better way to attach it to my counter? It keeps working loose no matter how hard I crank it!

I attach it to my table to have it more waist level. I put a wooden cutting board with a towel over the board, then attach unit. That way I don't mark my table.

From what I've examined, I can't tell where it is made. I suggest going to the company website and asking customer service. It is possible that all of the company's products are not all made in the same country anyway. Good luck. After using it many times, and lending it out - I'm still really glad to say it has held up perfectly, and was well worth my money.

How wide does the clamp open? A reviewer mentioned a strainer, don't know if it's this brand, couldn't be clamped to anything in her kitchen.

I was able to clamp it onto my kitchen table. I use a flat baking pan to catch the juice. Also, my countertop at my sink has an overhang and it clips onto that. We've used this for three years now and love it. Sure makes making tomato juice simple!

Only comes with one screen. Not such of the name but I use it for my tomatoes. It works great.
