2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 CUE Touch Screen Display with Free Trim Tool

I bought this CUE touch screen display for my 2014 Cadillac SRX and it worked perfectly. My original screen had stopped responding to touch. After installing this replacement screen, everything works like new again. The screen quality is clear and responsive, and it looks just like the original factory display. The touch response is smooth and accurate with no delays. The free trim tool included in the package was very helpful and made removing the old screen much easier without damaging the trim. Installation took some time but was not too difficult if you follow a video or guide. Once installed, the CUE system responded perfectly and all the functions worked normally. This is a great replacement option if your Cadillac CUE touch screen has stopped responding. It saved me a lot of money compared to going to the dealership. Highly recommend for anyone with a 2013–2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, XTS, CTS, ELR

Great product, just takes a lot of time replacing the screen, now the screen works, installation took at least 2 hours, and when I got the package it was in perfect condition.

Used this on my Escalade CUE touch screen since it was stuck on one screen. I thought it was the radio portion and after some research its a common issue with the touch creen. After the upgrade it works perfect and happy its all functional again. It was around 1.5 hours of for the installation and removal so its not too bad. It looks fantastic and works flawlessly. The only thing the tweezer were kind of useless. Lots of screws so take pictures and be gentle with the ribbon cable.

It does not come with directions but you can Google how to DIY! Took us a few hours but well worth it, saved hundreds to thousands of dollars. Works well and looks great!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product very similar to the ones you find on YouTube. I couldn’t touch anything on mine. The screen had to be replaced because of the gel they put in the screen supposedly. I decided to tackle it myself. It honestly took me 3-4 hours to remove the cue unit and swap the screens. The tools that came with it helped allot. It’s harder to swap out computer parts like a keyboard on a laptop. Hopefully this helps someone.

Works great the extra parts that come are so useful but switching it out is a little bit of a pain in the a** not the screens fault tho lmfaooo
