Let me start by saying that I HATE fish. When my dr told me I needed to take fish oil I wasn’t sure I could do it. I bought these and even though they say mini, they are huge! I decided to commit to a week and once I was on day 2 I didn’t even think about the fish. I don’t burp these. No fish taste. I do take them after I eat so that might help.

I like that these are smaller but give just as much omega 3 like my larger ones do.plus I don't burp with these also.

Good and cheap

This supplement was fine and we have been taking the fish oil daily. Pills are a nice size to swallow.

Much easier to swallow than the ones I’ve been buying from GNC. Yes, they’re a little long, but they’re thinner and easy to swallow if you place it the long way on your tongue (not sideways).
