A good product for warming up
The product is similar as stated in the description. It's a bit hard in the start but eventually it gets easier. Overall quality is good.

The rod came off !
Initially I found the bar is good and helpful for strengthening upper body but in 4 days one rod came off (the spring in the middle is connected to 2 rods). I'm just thankful to God that me or someone else didn't get hurt !
