Purchased for pierogi making. The small mold works great...so far. The cutout i feel is way too large and you have alot of excess in your dough so I don't use that. The larger mold will be good for empanada size making. Seals well.

i used it today to make approx 40 shrimp wontons- in about half the time i could have done it by hand. perhaps for the perfectionist out there - they're not perfect - but i am pleased. i did use premade wrappers - which i have always done - my bad, but too bad for those who have more time than i. I used 4" wrappers and the smallest cutter= 2". i didn't have to cut the square wrapper with the provided ring - i just positioned the square - making sure not to overfill - and give a squeeze for about 10 secs or so. the cutter cut cleanly, making more perfect wontons that i could have ever done by hand, No need to spray or wash the edges - no more mess, sticky hands and more dishes to wash. the wontons are in the freezer to get put up - i'm pleased. will anyone notice that my wontons are not crimped to perfection - i doubt that.

For the record I am reviewing: MUMSUNG Dumpling Maker, Empanadas press mold maker Set with Dough Cutter, Dumpling Mold Set for Pierogi, Pastelitos, Calzone, Turnovers, Chinese Dumpling, 3Sizes (L/4"+M/3"+S/2.6") (White). First they are very sturdy. The one thing I was worried about was the hinge. But that is really well designed and put together. The three sized are great. One is perfect for like ravioli, the next up for pot stickers, and the bigger ones for meat pies, Calzone, or whatever. So figure you get one bite for the small, two bites for the medium and four bites for the large one. Not bad. The dough cutters are high quality and I think they will last a while. So far as I can see, I am going to get a lot of use out of these. Very happy with my purchase. Oh and I could care less about the spoon but ya it is there. I will update this review in about 6 months after using them a few times.

I would have thought it was a better product a little disappointed. When I used the cutter for each maker the dough would not close completely. When I baked the empanadas they open and lost the shaped. But the sure a good on making dumplings.

I didn’t think I’d like this tool. I bought it just to try it out - and I absolutely love it! I don’t use the largest size of the dumpling maker, but I often use the two smaller ones. They’re quick and easy to use, and easy to clean. The dumplings come out beautiful and even. I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know.

Good, sturdy plastic moulds. You need to develop your technique for making pierogies. For the dough mix and consistency, the amount of filling, the thickness, size of the dough patty. Lightly squeeze first vertically and then hard horizontally on the table. I'm using electrified dough rolled to a desired thickness (1.5 millimetres thick (less the 1/16 inch)). After cutting the round patty it will slightly shrink and become thicker. Don't throw away the cuttings, roll them into a ball, refrigerate and use it to make homemade noodles.

El color de los moldes muy bonitos pero los cortadores están demasiado grandes y frágil, me llegaron ayer osea antes de lo previsto los esperaba el sábado pero me decepcionó no los usé por los inconvenientes que menciono. Están hermosos pero necesito más grandes porque la masa encoge mucho.
