These headphones are amazing! I couldn't get them to connect to my device at first but I contacted the seller and they helped me out. So 5 stars to customer service as well!! The headphones sound great and they stay in your ears even when you're running. They're about the same circumference as a penny and they stick out of your ear just a little bit. It comes with 4 different size earbuds and a portable battery charger for the headphones. You can sync both headphones to one device or one headphone per device. These headphones are awesome and I plan to buy another pair! You can't beat the price compared to other "true" wireless headphones!!!

Sound is good, but cuts in and out with no discernible pattern or reason. Charging station doesn't always connect to the two terminals on the ear pieces, so you aren't sure you're charging. There are red or blue lights that give you a hint that it's either charging or charging is complete(?), but sometimes there is no light at all because the earpiece doesn't connect well to the charger well. If you do get a full charge, the charge only lasts a few hours. The earpiece foam fits well, with 4 sizes to choose from, but the unit is too heavy, so with a little head movement, the ear pieces begin to fall out. I'm forever trying to catch one or the other as they fall out of my ears. I've had these for just over a month now, and am tired of fighting them. Time to look for a better pair.

Bluetooth range is is terrible. They connected fine while sitting on my desk but as soon as your phone goes in your pocket it almost sounds like a CD skipping the connection is so bad. Additionally, the bass on these is really on the high side. Fine for phone calls while sitting at a desk with the phone in front of you but I wouldn't recommend otherwise. It kind defeats the purpose of having wireless headphones if I have to essentially hold the phone near my head.

I've been really happy with these, I use them at the gym/jogging. Haven't compared to other products, but for the price these are definitely much more than I expected. Sound quality is nice, they stay on fairly well, and the power pack recharging system makes them practical. I use them maybe 4 times before I have to plug it into USB, meanwhile they just recharge in my gym bag.

DO NOT BUY! Poor quality as soon as my return time expired one of the buds stopped working. They worked ok, dropped signal every now an then when outside. Indoors they were decent but as I stated before they stopped working.

Nice buds, functional and very useful. They come off sometimes when jogging but mostly fit good and stay in place.

The ear buds connected the first time with audio that was mostly hollow and the bass was off. By the second day the buds would no longer connect with my Iphone 7 and after a dozen of times trying while traveling I gave up. The concept is fine but they don't stay in your ears well. They are also about 30% as good as my wireless Beats when it comes to sound and weight.
