I use this thing daily. There are very few things that a teapot needs to do, and so many of them do them badly anyway. 1. It pours cleanly - no drips. 2. It has an infuser that actually sits where it needs to in the brew. 3. It is big enough for more than one cup. 4. Its thick walled enough to retain heat for a reasonable time. Plus it looks good and isn't ornate or extremely feminine
