It has been on charge since it arrived still not charged enough to use will not come t to the app just says not ready for use

The machine was faulty.The company do not read emails and just send cut and paste unrelated messages.Returned item still not refunded and waiting on Amazon claim.AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Really wanted this for our business. We thought we would be able to print our own business cards and labels.Really not easy and the instructions are far from comprehensive.Need to keep working at it

Great little printer. I got it for fun and I it's perfect for a hobbyist. Wish you could get something like this with refillable individual ink tanks as I suspect the ink will get pricey.

To anyone who needs it:It’s anything you’d expect from an inkjet printer. It will print on anything absorbent like paper, canvas, cotton, cardboard, cardstock, wood etc. WILL NOT print legibly on satin ribbons, glittery cardstocks, acetate and the like.Does it print nicely on absorbent materials? Yes it does. The outputs look nice and crisp like how a regular inkjet printer would print. Would it print on dark materials? It will, but won’t be as legible as bright materials.Max height on printing is 5/8inch and length is infinite though expect that it would have ink smudges or stuff if u print too long.So, does it wash out? Yes it washes out and smudges with little water as you’d expect from an inkjet printer.My printer didn’t print blue properly at first and turned out to be a faulty cartridge which i think is a common issue. Was easily solved by messaging customer service. They respond fast and are really nice so not sure y others say customer service don’t reply.Printmaker app is a little clunky and doesn’t have much functions. Sometimes, even the alignment doesn’t even function properly. So, don’t expect much from the app. This is best used with an iphone/ipad i think. The few functions it has would even be more limited if u use it with a desktop lol. I hope they make the app a little better.My only gripe is app caz it’s very limiting to the point that the design can’t even get centered as the alignment function always puts it a little away from the center. So i only print starting from the left and measure it manually which is time consuming.Printmaker is not necessary if you have a home printer, but is definitely cute, handy and useful. I’d recommend it if someone will use it for a hobby like me, but would not recommend it for business use. Again, it’s time consuming to align designs properly and app is clunky.

Al principio me costo trabajo entenderle pero solo hay que seguir paso a paso las instrucciones y todo Perfecto ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️No me aceptó el código para la tienda, me puse en contacto con american crafts y me resolvieron mis dudas, ya se había aplicado en automático la suscripción de la tienda para descargar los diseños, me encanta porque la obtuve a un precio justo, en tiendas el costo llega hasta $9000 Mx lo que se me hace súper excesivo. La usaré para algunos detalles para tarjetas pero sobre todo en mi bullet journal

mit android verbindet er sich nicht.mit meinem ipad schon. steht auch so auf der verpackung, dass es nur mit iphone, ipad........ funktioniert.finde es nicht in ordnung, dass das nicht in der verkaufsbeschreibung angegeben wird.
