Arrived ahead of time
It was delivered ahead of estimated delivery time. Which was amazing because the existing pump had died. Easy to hook up and works great.

Works as expected
This pump is used on a residential aerobic system. I had this exact pump before and it lasted 8 years. It still comes on I just need to replace the diaphragms. I chose to buy a new one and fix the old one so I will have a backup if needed. This model pump works great. Delivery was 2 days.

Replaced a 10 year old pump with a new one. Delivered as promised, easy to install, working fine

Excellent Price Quality Pump
Ants built a mound around our pump and caused it to overheat and burn up. I couldn't see the ants because of the concrete cover. This is the exact same pump replacement. All-in-all, considering Prime shipping about the best price on the net I could find. With Amazons no hassle return policy.. this is a no brainer purchase. Pumps feels beefy and substantial in hand. Works great and Is quiet .

Out of the box the pump came with a small ...
Out of the box the pump came with a small tube fitting installed. It also came with a plug to close that opening. Both were made of brass, it was very difficult removing the tube fitting. The brass stripped with the wrench I used creating additions work to remove it. Might I suggest not installing either to allow the owner to make the change. My original EL-80-15 did not have this opening it only had the large tube opening. This was an unwelcome surprise.

Lasted about a year
I purchased this pump Apr 22, 2018. It was probably June when it went into service. It was on about 4 - 6 hrs per day. It performed well until it stopped working last month. Very disappointing.

SECOH EL-80-15 SEPTIC AIR PUMP.
I HOPE THAT IT LASTS LONGER THEN THE LAST ONE. THE LAST ONE PROBABLY FAILED SOONER THEN IT SHOULD BECAUSE I FAILED TO CLEAN THE FILTER AND ANTS MADE A HOME IN IT. TIME WILL TELL. THIS ONE HAS THE FILTER ON TOP WHERE THE OTHER ONE HAD IT ON THE SIDE CLOSER TO THE GROUND WHERE IT WAS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE ANTS. OTHERWISE I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE.
