This mask has sizing issues and picking the right size can be very difficult to gauge. I initially bought a large mask because a print out that would help determine the right size for me said I was a large. The issue with that is that I believe this mask was designed for people who have a tall bridge of the nose. More on this later.I decided to try out a medium because like many other reviewers here, the mask kept on leaking at the top of the nose and that I had to open my mouth so that the mask shifts lower and that it would seal up top.Now there are other reviewers here that complained the that the upper part of the mask got torn and that could be because of 2 reasons.1. Size is its too big for their nose to seal up the upper part of the mask & solution is to buy a smaller size as I did.2. The oils on their faces gets on the silicone and it causes it to slip against their skin causing leaks to occur on the upper mask. Solution is to clean off the oil everyday by either washing it with warm water and soap or alcohol wipes after every use. I’ve gotten away with cleaning every other day but definitely not more than that. If I use it more than twice, I surely get leaks and air blowing on my eyes.Try the above and you may have a long lasting good sealing mask. I’ve used mine for almost 7 months now and it still seals like it was new. No torn or stretched up silicon.

It's about fit, and ease of replacement.Could I buy it cheaper? I don't know. Maybe. But maybe not.I *know* this fits. I *know* this works. I *know* I can replace it quickly and reliably.This is why I buy it from Amazon. I don't like mucking around when it comes to medical equipment. Amazon is gives me the peace of mind I need to sleep at night -- literally.
